2022 was a good year for many estate agents, but for Asten Realty it was… just fabulous!
We set a record turnover – we more than doubled the previous year’s results which was already a record year, having grown by 215%!
We closed 235 sales which means 470 happy families entrusted the sale or purchase of their homes to Asten Realty!
We set the record of the price of the sold property as well as the overall price of the sold properties – €71.715.000!
We set the record in the number of agents who are part of this great team – we are 45 people!
At the final meeting of the year we presented many awards: Top Producer No.1 – Marina Suminova Top Producer No. 2 – Gina Havecker Top Producer No. 3 – Victoria Ermantovich Top 1 in Transactions – Victoria Ermantovich (she has made 78 families happy!) Top 1 in Listings – Loli Alcarria and Javier Gracia (have listed 100 new properties!) Rookie of the year – Valeria Bezyumkina (with the record turnover of a rookie advisor of all years!) We awarded 2 Asten Millionaire’s Club gold plaques to Kinga Koronkiewicz and Melisa Pellegrini for the sale of the properties with a price tag of more than €1.000.000! We presented the Asten-blue jackets to two new agents Laura Catanese and Artem Abramkin for their first sales in the company!
What an emotional meeting it was! What a magnificent team we are! We are proud to be part of this company and to HELP so many clients to fulfil their dreams!
