Outstanding land with a qualification for the installation of Renewable Energy projects. There is a preliminary study which indicates a possibility to install wind turbines with approximate power of 9,2 MW. This area on average receives more hours of wind then any other area on the island. Today with the rise of demand for renewable energy and support from the government of the Canary Islands this type of land becomes a precious find for qualified investors.
